Yes. Currently, we take orders from Canada, Mexico, Bahama, Bermuda, UK, most EU countries, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.. We also take oredrs and ship to US Military, APO and FPO addresses. No other international orders are accepted at present time.
Flat Ground Shipping Charge for Orders Under $49.99
Shipping charge for the orders less than $49.99 (before sales tax-if applicable) varies starting from $3.75 depending on the shipping method selected at the time of the order. Applicable shipping charge will be added automatically at the checking out process. "Free Shipping for Orders over $50" applies only to contiguous 48 United States with Standard Shipping . If customer requests 2nd Day Air, Overnight Express or any special shipping arrangement, actual shipping charge will be added to the order.
Free Shipping for orders over $50
All orders over $50 will be shipped free of shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to 48 contiguous U.S. States with Standard Shipping. If customer requests an Air shipping, Overnight Express or any special shipping request, actual shipping charges will be added to the order unless otherwise stated in product pages. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories will be charged actual shipping rate at the time of shipment regardless of the total order amount.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses ?
Yes, we ship to Armed Forces Postal designations including APO and FPO addresses.
Do you deliver to PO Box ?
Yes and No depending on your selection of shipping method. US Postal Service deliver packages to PO Box address while UPS, FedEx and DHL do not deliver to PO Box address. All shipping addresses will be verified it's validity and legitimacy by address validating system. Wrong or bad shipping address may delay your order for further verification. It is always the best to provide both physical address and PO Box number if you are not sure of the shipping method. In some areas, US Postal Service only delivers to PO Box address..
How long would it take to ship my order ?
While we make best effort to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, it is conceivable that at some seasonal peak times, or at some unexpected special circumstances, same day shipping may not be guaranteed. However, approximately 80 percent of the orders are shipped within 24 Hrs, 95 percent in 48 Hrs.

When will my order arrive ?
Since most orders are shipped from New York, using UPS, Fed Ex or USPS ground, 2-3 days in North East US and New England area. Allow 4-6 days in other areas.
Allow extra transit time for other states like Alaska and Hawaii and International orders
Delivery time for those states typically range from 3 -10 days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of the orders are shipped using standard air mail or ground transportation unless customer specially requested otherwise. Some of the products will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturers or distributors warehouse. But the order usually leave their warehouse within 48 hours . Transit time for international order varies depending upon the countries and nature of the item.
Partial Shipment( Why did I receive only part of my order )
Some orders with multiple items, may be shipped and arriving in separate packages at different time. Some of the ordered items may be shipped from different manufacturers or distributors shipping point. Even if the orders are shipped in multiple packages at different time and locations, there will be no extra shipping charge.
We ship via UPS(Ground/Air), Fed Ex(Ground/Air), DHL, Freight services and United States Postal Service.
You will be notified by shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking # as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package from our website or through the carrier's tracking system.
International orders with US Postal Service delivery confirmation number (customs package number) is not trackable. Package trace code number can only be traceable through US Postal Service and the destination country's Postal system.
Sales Tax will be added to all orders that has shipping address within the State of New York. New York State Residents will be charged of sales tax at the rate effective as of shipping date in the County of Suffolk, State of New York. No Sales Tax will be collected for orders shipping to outside New York State.
How can I request an exchange
In order to complete an exchange, you must first obtain RX# (Exchange Return Authorization Number) by filing an exchange request by e-mail to : email@example.com or by calling 1-866-941-4442 ext #1 or fax to 1-631-240-4168 and provide following information.
Original Order Number, Order Date and Item Number, Product Name
Purchaser Name, Billing address and Shipping address-if different
Reason for return or exchange
Brief description of returning product and packaged condition.
For Vacuum Cleaners, orders without original packaging/box with UPC code intact, complete accessories and papers that were originally came with the product, will not be accepted-
Clearly mention of your intention whether you want equal exchange of same item or store credit to purchase different product within the store. Our customer service will issue an RX# within 5 days.
After obtaining an RX#, please follow the Return process and ship to following address with RX# written next to your return address on the package.

30 Day Return Policy
You may return your purchased item within 30 days of receipt subject to following conditions and return procedures. 30 Day means that you must clearly express your intention of returning certain purchased item by e-mail or fax or telephone (registering a return request) within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Days taken after the return registration for processing are not counted toward 30 days.
Defective Items Exchange
If you find the received item defective, please send us an e-mail to :
firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 1-631-240-4168 or call 1-866-941-4442 to obtain RA#(return authorization number).
Please provide: your original order number, item number and purchased credit card information(last four digit) when asking for RA#.
All return packages must have RA number clearly written next to return address. Any returns without RA# will be refused. RA number is valid for 20days from the date of issuance and are issued only once.
Vacuum Machines that are returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation, can not be accepted .
Products that are shown to have been extremely used, abused, altered or broken will not be accepted. All refused returns will be shipped back at customers expense. Please contact customer service if you have special explanation..
All returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend you to use UPS , FedEx, or insured mail. Please make sure your package is sent with a tracking number to avoid loss .
Products that are defective can only be exchanged for the same product. No exceptions. If same product is not available at the time , a replacement of equal or greater value within a reasonable time frame will be offered to customer or customer will be issued equivalent amount of store credit.
If non-defective return (i.e.- change mind , misidentified part, order by mistake etc.. )is requested by customer within 14 days and items are in salable condition, it will be refunded to customers by crediting originally paid method after deducting restocking fee of : (- 15% for supplies, parts, accessories, - 10% for machines, equipments and appliances.)
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exception: If customer received wrong item by obvious error on our part, customer has option of either to demand refund including shipping charge, or to ask reshipping correct item. In any case however, customer must first notify us either by e-mail, telephone or fax within 14days of receipt of the item and register the request.
How long would it take to get refund
We process the refund within 3 days of receiving the returned merchandise. However, the refund credit may not show up immediately depending upon the credit card companies policy and statement closing date..
NOTE: Please allow up to two billing periods for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If an ordered item is in back ordered, we will first notify customer within 24 hours by either telephone and/or e-mail of approximate shipping date.
If a certain product customer ordered has been discontinued, obsolete or is no longer available, we will first notify customer and customer has a choice of either ordering substitute or cancel the order.
No open orders more than 30 days old
We do not hold any pending order over 30 days. Customer must order again as a new order if customer still want the item.
Canceling an order
You may cancel an order anytime during the process of -checking out- by clicking -Cancel- or updating quantity to 0.
If you want to cancel an order after you have checked out, call our customer service with your order number. If the order is not yet shipped, the order will be cancelled. If tracking number was issued and shipping confirmation was sent to customer, that particular order can not be cancelled. Refer to "How to return orders"
Can I Order with Personal/Company Check ? - Can I Order by Fax or by Mail ?
Yes. You can use checks with Fax or Mail in orders. You may download Fax/Mail order form and mail in your order with the check.
Orders paid by check will take 5-10 days to clear. Order will be shipped as soon as the check is cleared.

Warranty Service and Repair
How can I get warranty service.
You must first check your receipt and manufacturers warranty documents to make sure that your machine is still under warranty.
Then, find a nearest authorized warranty service center by calling the manufacturer or visiting the manufacturers web site. If you find one near you, just bring it there with your proof of purchase.
Repair and Service
We do repair and service all brands we carry.
If you want us to service or repair your equipment, give us a call and get instructions how to ship the equipment to us. If you want a preliminary estimate before you ship your equipment, provide all the product information and describe the problem in detail. We will give you a conditional estimate or a ballpark figure free of charge. All repairs should be shipped to us with shipping charge prepaid. After inspecting the equipment, we will give you exact price. If you approve our quotation, the equipment will be repaired and/or serviced in our repair shop and shipped back to you.
All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days, parts and labor.
